What payment methods can I use?
We accept cheques for phone and Internet orders of products. Treatments can be paid by Mastercard, VISA, EFTPOS, cheque or cash. |

T-W-Th 10AM - 7PM

What is your cancellation policy?
If you do not give me at least 6 hours notice that you cannot attend your appointment I charge 50% of the treatment cost. If you fail to turn up at all with no notice you will be charged for the full cost of the treatment you have missed. Voucher bookings will be made void. |
What about cell phones?
We ask that cell phones be muted for your maximum relaxation experience. |
What if I arrive late?
Regrettably, late arrivals will limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time so that the next appointment will not be delayed.
We are committed to offering all our clients a reliable timetable. The full value of your treatment will be applied. |
Can I bring my children?
This is your time to relax and there maybe other clients in-house. We kindly request that children not accompany you to your salon visit.
This is also a safety precaution as there is hot wax in treatment rooms. |
What is VapourMist?

What is centella?
Centella asiatica is a herb used for treatment of skin disorders (such as psoriasis and eczema), revitalizing connective tissue, burn and scar treatment, clearing up skin infections. |
Why have a paraffin dip?
This is effective for treating rough, dry and itchy skin. Also helpful in arthritis treatments.
It is very relaxing, soothes and nourishes, stimulates blood flow, aids in drainage of toxins via lymph. |
